About the role
Role Overview
Join Membr (gym software) as a Group Product Manager. You will lead the product management team across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, translate product strategy into measurable customer outcomes, and drive AI transformation across the product function.
Responsibilities
- Lead & develop the product management team across UK, Australia, and New Zealand, with a clear, focused product vision.
- Translate strategic direction into priorities, operating rhythms, and measurable customer outcomes.
- Own and drive discovery, prioritisation, roadmap definition, and delivery outcomes for complex product problems.
- Lead key high-impact initiatives personally while balancing enterprise depth with SMB customer needs.
- Drive AI transformation to modernize product practices, improve workflows, accelerate insight generation, and support better decision-making.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Commercial stakeholders.
- Ensure execution excellence: clarity of priorities, accountability, and predictable delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Communicate credibly with senior leaders, enterprise customers, and commercial partners.
Requirements
- Strong product leadership: coaching, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
- Experience leading and developing Product Managers/product teams and directly owning complex product strategy, discovery, prioritisation, and roadmapping.
- 5+ years in product management or related leadership roles in technology/SaaS.
- Experience applying AI tools or AI-enabled practices to improve product workflows, discovery, analysis, delivery, or decision-making.
- Proven ability to deliver complex product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
- Strong grounding in product discovery, prioritisation, outcome measurement, and operational excellence.
- B2B SaaS experience; exposure to domains like fitness/wellness, payments, franchise, or multi-location models is preferred.
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering and understand architecture fundamentals and delivery constraints.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading through organizational change or scale-up environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, technology, or related discipline.
