About the role
Role Overview
Join Nabla as a GRC Manager to help build and mature the company’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) programs. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Security, Engineering, Product, and Legal to strengthen governance and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the GRC control evidence library, including investigating control flags and coordinating evidence collection.
- Own the vendor risk program, including intake and assessment of new vendor requests.
- Assist the Head of Information Security & Compliance with implementing and operating security and risk management frameworks, including adding new controls.
- Report to the Head of Information Security & Compliance and support ongoing maturation of Nabla’s GRC programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GRC or information security.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and healthcare regulations.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and familiarity with healthcare compliance expectations.
