Role Overview

Graphic Designer (Krita Expert) — Contract, remote, project-based. You will create digital illustrations in Krita end-to-end and help document workflows for AI training.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete digital illustrations in Krita from initial sketch to final polished artwork using structured, layer-based workflows.
• Conduct structured live illustration sessions in a virtual environment, capturing each step for AI training.
• Communicate creative decisions and workflow processes in both written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure work aligns with AI research objectives and quality standards.
• Use advanced Krita features, brushes, and tools while demonstrating professional illustration techniques.
• Provide detailed documentation and constructive feedback to improve AI understanding of artistic workflows.
• Maintain strong organization, structure, and artistic quality across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Krita with a strong professional or freelance illustration portfolio.
• Mastery of digital illustration workflows from rough concept to refined artwork.
