Graphic Designer | $60/hr Remote

Role Overview

Remote Graphic Designer (Contract) role ($30–$60/hr) focused on evaluating and improving AI-generated creative content related to image prompts and visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated creative content, visual prompts, and image-related reasoning for:
  • accuracy, creativity, clarity, and contextual relevance
• Create high-quality prompts and model responses, including step-by-step creative reasoning workflows to improve AI understanding
• Assess outputs for:
  • design quality, artistic consistency, visual communication effectiveness, and adherence to task requirements
• Identify issues such as:
  • inaccuracies, inconsistencies, weak creative reasoning, or conceptual/design problems (including UX, photography, and visual storytelling)
• Write detailed feedback, creative evaluations, and model explanations demonstrating strong artistic judgment and design thinking
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated responses based on:
  • visual quality, reasoning quality, originality, and effectiveness
• Fact-check visual references, creative concepts, design terminology, and artistic interpretations when needed
• Support model improvement through:
  • structured quality evaluation, prompt engineering, documentation, and creative content review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Art History, Photography, Creative Writing, or a related field OR 2+ years of professional creative industry experience
• Strong background in graphic design, UX design, photography, visual arts, creative writing, or related disciplines
• Excellent English communication (C1+), with ability to write clear, structured, high-quality feedback
• Experience evaluating visual content and quality across areas like:
  • branding, layouts, typography, image-based storytelling, and creative concepts
• Strong critical thinking, creative judgment, and attention to detail across large review volumes
• Ability to work independently and follow evaluation rubrics/quality standards in a remote workflow

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with AI training / LLM evaluation / prompt writing / content annotation / creative QA
• Copywriting, editorial, or other content writing experience
