Graphic Design Executive

Role Overview

Koin Limited is seeking a Graphic Design Executive to join its product team on a full-time contract basis. This is a fast-paced, remote role focused on producing high-quality product designs and web images across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Create and complete a variety of design and administrative tasks
• Generate product images for websites
• Produce design assets for products and literature
• Build product decks and brand presentations
• Collaborate with the Senior Product Designer, Head of Product Development, and the wider product team
• Deliver assigned tasks within deadlines
• Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar graphic design role
• Strong creative instincts with excellent attention to detail
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency: Photoshop and Illustrator essential
• Comfortable using time-tracking tools (Time Doctor)
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact social and ad content across formats
• Ability to manage multiple briefs, multitask in real time, and work under pressure
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working setup
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and respond constructively to feedback
• Ability to switch quickly between brand styles and asset types
• Works well in a team environment and follows structured processes
