Graduate Software Engineer

Role overview

Join Fuze Health’s US technology team as a Graduate Software Engineer. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in a real-world software environment at the intersection of product engineering, cloud computing, and complex data environments.

Responsibilities

• Log and Data Analysis: Review application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns, errors, and potential issues.
• Issue Triage & Resolution: Collaborate with engineering teams to triage bugs and support tickets, providing initial findings based on log analysis.
• Feature Development: Assist with bug fixing and the initial development of new features.
• Collaborate & Document: Work across Quality Assurance, Operations, and Engineering to ensure fast resolution; maintain clear documentation in the knowledge base.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity to identify root causes.
• Ability to write automated tests for your own code.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in engineering.
• Independent and adaptable; can respond to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript (basic understanding of software systems).

Nice to have

• Experience with application observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Benefits & compensation

• Salary: $76,240 – $95,300 (depending on experience)
