About the role

Role Overview

Join Joveo’s engineering team as a Graduate Developer straight out of university. You’ll ship real features while rotating or focusing across backend, frontend, or full stack development based on your strengths and interests, under mentorship from experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

Write production code with guidance from senior developers
Learn and apply modern engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
Contribute to feature delivery, bug fixes, and ongoing platform improvements
Participate in team rituals such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Build strong technical foundations by specializing over time
Develop professional skills through structured mentorship and career development

Required Qualifications

Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technology-related field
Strong programming fundamentals in at least one language
Familiarity with basic web concepts: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs
Exposure to Git and collaborative development workflows
Interest in working across frontend and backend over time
Excellent communication skills and a strong learning mindset
