Role Overview

Senior Golang Full-Stack Engineer to support a leading medication purchasing platform. You’ll build scalable applications and distributed systems, automate workflows, and contribute to analytics using modern engineering practices and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications
• Contribute to architecture and distributed system design
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Manage delivery planning, estimation, and prioritization
• Work with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams
• Ensure secure deployments, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Provide project updates, communicate risks/solutions to stakeholders
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt emerging technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 10+ years building enterprise applications
• Strong Golang backend experience
• Experience with React or Angular frontend technologies
• Expertise in scalable, fault-tolerant system design
• Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB
• Strong understanding of cloud-native and distributed architectures
• Hands-on experience with AWS (or similar cloud platforms)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Healthcare or pharmacy domain experience
