Golang Developer

Role Overview

Bright Vision Technologies is hiring an experienced Golang Developer to design and build high-performance backend services, infrastructure tooling, and cloud-native applications using Go. This is a 100% remote full-time role in an in-house Statement of Work (SOW) engagement (no third-party client/vendor).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performant backend services and APIs in Go with strong focus on:
  • Concurrency
  • Error handling
  • Resource management
• Build cloud-native applications in Go using Kubernetes-native libraries and idiomatic Go patterns (including module boundaries and operational hooks)
• Develop CLI tools, Kubernetes controllers, and custom operators for internal platforms with:
  • Clear command surfaces
  • Robust error handling
  • Safe reconciliation logic for long-running environments
• Implement gRPC and REST APIs with appropriate observability and security
• Translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Raise engineering standards through code review, design review, and mentorship

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong hands-on Go expertise
• Broad systems knowledge (including network programming, container ecosystems, and distributed system design)
• Strong engineering discipline and clear communication
• Ability to ship production-ready work
• Technical coding assessment is mandatory
