Join CPS, Inc.’s platform engineering team to design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable backend services primarily in Go (Golang). The team emphasizes test-driven development (TDD), code quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Go/Golang
Write well-tested code using test-driven development (TDD)
Build and maintain unit, integration, and automated test suites
Develop APIs and distributed services for a growing platform
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
Collaborate with engineers across the organization on architecture and technical design
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Improve system performance, reliability, and developer productivity

Requirements

Strong backend development experience with Go/Golang
Experience applying TDD and maintaining automated test suites
Ability to build and troubleshoot production-grade distributed services
Collaboration and code review participation

Nice to have

Experience with system performance and reliability improvements
