Go Developer (Remote)

Role Overview

You’ll work as a Go Developer (Remote) on a contract basis to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using Go (Golang).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend services in Go to improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code using best practices and coding standards
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and security protocols
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve system stability

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Go development experience
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong understanding of concurrency, data structures, and algorithms in Go
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of a cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker)
