About the role

Role overview

You will be a Go Developer working in a combined frontend/backend team at Influ2. The role focuses on delivering customer-facing features, building/maintaining integrations, and implementing backend services that support the product.

Responsibilities

Develop complex distributed systems using Go
Build integrations with third-party services and data providers
Create REST APIs to support the frontend team
Implement background calculations and work closely with the database
Refactor existing modules

Requirements

4+ years of working experience with Go
Substantial experience with SOA/microservices
Experience building REST APIs
Experience with RDBMS such as MySQL (or compatible forks); not via ORM
Ability to write complex SQL queries
Experience writing unit and integration tests
Solid understanding of backend stack, including networking fundamentals
Experience with Git
Intermediate English

Nice-to-haves

Experience with BigQuery, Google Cloud, Elasticsearch, Redis, Prometheus
Experience with distributed tracing
