About the role
Role Overview
Genesys Developer (Remote) for a contract engagement of 6 months+. You will build and integrate solutions on Genesys Cloud CX, including engagement flows, APIs/SDK integrations, and chat routing/bot capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Genesys Cloud CX solutions and integrations
- Implement and use Genesys Cloud APIs/SDKs
- Integrate the chat widget and configure custom routing scripts
- Support bot/NLU integration and digital engagement experiences
- Integrate third-party applications with Genesys Cloud
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Genesys Cloud solutions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX development and integrations
- Expertise with Genesys Cloud APIs/SDKs
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with cloud-based contact center technologies
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing and customizing digital engagement solutions
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Genesys Cloud deployments
