General Manager, Stablecoins

Role Overview

As General Manager, Stablecoins & Payment Networks at Chainlink Labs, you will be the senior commercial owner and strategic leader for the stablecoins and payments domain. You will serve as a player-coach, combining executive strategy with hands-on deal leadership and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic ownership: Act as executive sponsor for Stablecoins & Payment Networks, accountable for revenue growth, deal progression, and stakeholder alignment.
• Market expansion: Build and execute go-to-market strategies for institutional adoption across stablecoins, tokenized deposits, CBDCs, and next-gen payment networks.
• Partnerships: Develop and deepen relationships with banks, Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs), and payment providers.
• Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate across Product, Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver tailored solutions for regulated markets.
• Thought leadership: Represent Chainlink at major industry events and participate in discussions with regulators, policymakers, and financial executives.
• Product influence: Translate client and market feedback into product direction to shape Chainlink’s infrastructure roadmap.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in payments, banking, or technology sales into financial services, with influence across C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar, large-scale institutional deals using executive relationships.
• Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes across the stablecoins and digital payments value chain (issuers, platforms, liquidity, distribution partners).
• Deep expertise in stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and/or CBDCs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating new market opportunities, owning GTM strategy, defining product requirements, and introducing emerging technology into regulated industries.
