About the role
Role Overview
GenAI Engineer / AI Builder / AI Agent Associate / AI Application Specialist (full-time contractor, remote). You will design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and AI agents that automate business processes and support Human + AI collaboration. Initial focus is on the AI and Risk Management team.
Responsibilities
- AI Agent & Workflow Development
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents for business operations
- Develop monitoring, logging, and observability for agent behaviors and safety rules
- Build AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive processes
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable AI solutions
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems and third-party platforms
- Business AI Applications
- Develop AI solutions across functions including Risk Management, Testing, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support
- Identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve decision-making
- AI Development
- Build applications using LLMs
- Design prompts, AI workflows, and multi-agent solutions
- Implement RAG, MCP, Function Calling, Memory, and Tool Calling
- Integrate LLM APIs into internal platforms and automation pipelines
- Use both code-based and low-code/no-code tools where appropriate
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical use cases
Requirements
- 1–3 years building AI applications, AI agents, or workflow automation
- Hands-on experience with leading LLMs: OpenAI (GPT), Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama, and similar
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, etc.)
- Practical familiarity with AI agent concepts/frameworks (planning, tool-using agents, RAG—side projects acceptable)
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, third-party services, or internal systems
- Basic programming skills in Python; familiarity with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, or RAG
- Experience with multi-agent systems, workflow automation platforms, and production deployment
- Experience in FinTech/Trading/Risk Management and/or digital assets
- Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills; interest in emerging AI
