Role Overview

Assess the customer environment and design/implement high-impact GenAI and agentic opportunities. Own the end-to-end technical architecture—from model and agent design to integrations, guardrails, evaluation, and cost/security posture—while leading hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly understand customer processes, systems, data, and pain points to identify GenAI/agentic use cases.
• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture, including:
  • Model selection
  • Agent design
  • Data ingestion
  • Integrations and services
  • Guardrails
  • Evaluation framework
  • Cost and security posture
• Lead the engineering implementation hands-on:
  • Establish engineering and prompt-engineering standards
  • Unblock complex problems
  • Drive an iterative measure–improve–ship cadence
• Collaborate with business, IT, security, and engineering stakeholders to:
  • Manage expectations and risks
  • Align on goals
  • Keep delivery on track
• Own delivery and adoption:
  • Instrument success metrics
  • Define a post-go-live operating model to sustain measurable productivity gains

Required Skills

• Architect, solution, and implement scalable multi-agent orchestrated systems using LLMs and frameworks/tools such as LangChain/LangGraph, plus capabilities in:
  • Agent design patterns
  • Workflow orchestration
  • Context/memory engineering
  • Prompt and tool integration
  • Enterprise-grade observability, governance, and reliability
• Python and experience with data ingestion and data pipelines
• Vector database (Vector DB)
• Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Service (or similar services)
