Fullstack Nuxt Web-Entwicklung in junger, wachsender Software-Agentur (m/w/d)

Role overview

AppInnovators is hiring a Fullstack Web Developer with a strong focus on Nuxt / Vue.js as a permanent team member due to increasing customer demand.

You’ll work across multiple projects (or focus on a larger client project for a longer period), partnering closely with project management and, if needed, other developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop greenfield web apps or implement brownfield changes end-to-end
• Turn Figma designs into functional, responsive frontends
• Implement user stories from tools like Notion/Jira
• Build and maintain UI components and frontend architecture in coordination with project management (and possibly a Tech Lead)
• Integrate existing REST APIs and, when needed, design/build new interfaces
• Maintain, optimize, and extend existing Vue/Nuxt projects
• Provide effort estimates for tasks/features/projects
• Collaborate with project management and other dev/customer teams
• Depending on the project, support backend work involving Python for data processing

Requirements

• Strong Vue.js knowledge, with a focus on Nuxt 3 or Nuxt 4
• Experience building a complete fullstack Nuxt web app (as solo or main developer)
• Experience with REST API integration and API design concepts
• MongoDB knowledge (e.g., via Mongoose or via existing backend integrations)
• Independent, structured working style and strong ownership
• Proficiency with Git and typical dev workflows (branching, PRs, reviews)
• Efficient work with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) or willingness to learn
• Fluent German to communicate directly with customers/project management

Nice to have

• Tailwind CSS
• Backend experience with Node.js or Python
• Experience with Notion, Jira, Slack, Miro
• Collaboration experience with SMBs (KMU) or agencies
• Basic DevOps knowledge (e.g., Docker, GitLab Pipelines, deployment to providers like Hetzner)
• Basic UX/design fundamentals for minor layout adjustments
