Fullstack Engineer

Role Overview

Join the Token Vesting team as a Fullstack Engineer. You’ll own features end-to-end, from shaping ideas and design to implementation and iteration in production, with coaching and mentorship to grow technical depth and impact.

Key Missions

• Participate in all stages of feature development, from conception to production release.
• Proactively improve code quality, performance, and the developer experience.
• Collaborate closely with designers and other engineers to shape solutions together.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to code quality and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to work with incomplete or rapidly evolving requirements.
• Clear communication and the ability to influence with partners.
• Genuine care for test infrastructure and end-user experience.
• Real-world experience building complex distributed systems and web applications from scratch.
• Ownership mentality for the quality and success of what you build.
• Production experience with web security.
• Proficiency with Svelte/SvelteKit or similar JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with CI/CD tools/systems and philosophies.
• Experience with GraphQL.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with Web3/Crypto applications.
• Familiarity with vesting models (e.g., time-based, cliffs, linear, etc.).
