About the role
Role Overview
You will be a Fullstack Developer working on internal efficiency tools and back-end services for customers, with opportunities to support the Commercial team through technical implementations and customer-facing work. The role is remote, but you must be based in specific US states.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and scale front-end architecture using React + TypeScript
- Maintain and scale back-end services using C# / .NET
- Build Python-based data processing pipelines and CLI tools
- Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions into company processes and external-facing products
- Work with external clients
- Contribute to technical implementation of the platform/solutions and support the Commercial team
- Write unit and integration tests (e.g., Vitest)
- Drive internal efficiency through scalable processes and applications
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions; self-driven and experiment-oriented
- Critical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Must be based in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Florida
Nice to Haves
- Experience managing external-facing clients
- Knowledge of Azure (e.g., Azure Functions)
- Integrations using Python (FastAPI)
- Experience adding AI features to SaaS products
Interview Process
- ~4 weeks total
- Two to three introductory conversations
- Second phase: practical exercise or live session
- Final phase: one-on-one with an executive team
