About the role
Role overview
You will join LettFaktura’s distributed team to develop an online software product on a freelance, full-time, long-term basis. You’ll work with 4–5 other developers, each owning full-stack delivery for their assigned module.
Responsibilities
- Develop features for your module across the full stack:
- Backend
- Frontend
- Documentation
- Testing
- Deliver modules within an agreed time frame and scope (initially paid per module).
Compensation model
- Initial module-based payments (example given: €1000 for a feature such as customer registration)
- Then move to hourly rates starting at €6/hour, increasing over time to €8.5+/hour
Requirements
- Strong React and Node.js knowledge
- Some Linux server knowledge
- Ability to deliver full-stack modules (backend, frontend, documentation, testing)
Nice to have
- Willingness to work hard; fresher is acceptable if skilled.
