About the role
Fullstack Developer (Python/React)
Type: Full-time • Compensation: $230K–$280K/year • Schedule: 40 hours/week • Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable backend APIs using Python (e.g., FastAPI).
- Develop frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Integrate LLMs and AI-driven workflows into production systems.
- Optimize backend performance (e.g., concurrency patterns, throughput/latency improvements).
- Write, optimize, and debug SQL queries; contribute to data modeling.
- Improve platform scalability, reliability, and end-to-end performance.
- Debug and resolve system issues to maintain stability.
- Write clean, modular, maintainable code and follow best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with a senior remote team to deliver features efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong frontend experience with React (with Next.js and TypeScript preferred).
- Proficiency in Python for backend development (e.g., FastAPI or similar).
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and performance optimization.
- Experience writing/debugging SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Exposure to AWS.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
