Fullstack Developer (Python/React)

Role overview

Fullstack Developer to design, build, and ship production systems end-to-end. You’ll work on UI-to-infrastructure features in a small, senior, remote team, turning rough ideas into reliable software.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, high-performance backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and enhance frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents into the platform (e.g., trainer feedback systems, AI-assisted workflows).
• Implement concurrency patterns and backend optimizations for performance and increasing workloads.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and data models for reliable, efficient data operations.
• Improve platform scalability, performance, and reliability across frontend and backend.
• Maintain clean architecture, modular services, and production-grade code quality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure stability and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Advanced experience with React, including scalable and maintainable UI systems with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Expert experience with FastAPI and production-grade Python APIs.
• Advanced Python skills, including concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Intermediate SQL skills (query writing, debugging, basic database performance tuning).
• Strong frontend fundamentals and experience with clean, maintainable UI systems (e.g., Tailwind CSS or similar).
• Experience integrating APIs and building service-oriented architectures.
• Practical experience deploying or maintaining services in AWS.
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI-driven product features.
• Exposure to prompt engineering, AI workflows, or automation pipelines.
• Familiarity with agentic systems, multi-step reasoning, or tool-using models.
