Full Stack Web Developer

Role Overview

Wing Assistant is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to build and maintain a Property Management System. The role includes developing both client-facing and internal-facing features using a LAMP stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the property management web application, including:
  • Listing management
  • Client management
  • Current tenants management
  • Maintenance requests
• Build client-facing and internal-facing screens
• Optimize the system regularly for a smooth user experience

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience building applications with the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack
• Ability to develop both front-end and back-end of web applications
• Knowledge of APIs and MySQL for data integration
• Familiarity with Ubuntu
• Ability to work independently (self-starter)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing property management systems

• Anywhere in the world (HQ mentioned: Manila, Philippines / New Delhi, India / Dhaka, Bangladesh)

Compensation

• $150–$200 USD per month
