Role Overview
Crosslake Technologies is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer for a US-based remote position. You’ll build end-to-end product features across frontend and backend, with a strong emphasis on making AI a first-class capability in both product development and daily engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
- Create scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures
- Implement AI-powered features using tools such as LLMs, embeddings, agents, or ML services
- Use AI productivity tools to speed up development, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred)
- Balanced experience across frontend and backend development
- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production systems
- Practical experience with AI-enabled development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech-focused, engineering-driven companies
- Experience with distributed systems or cloud-native architectures
- Prior work on AI-first or data-intensive products
Location / Eligibility
