Full Stack Software Engineer (US, Remote)

Role Overview

Crosslake Technologies is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer for a US-based remote position. You’ll build end-to-end product features across frontend and backend, with a strong emphasis on making AI a first-class capability in both product development and daily engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
• Create scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures
• Implement AI-powered features using tools such as LLMs, embeddings, agents, or ML services
• Use AI productivity tools to speed up development, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred)
• Balanced experience across frontend and backend development
• Strong understanding of scalable system architecture
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production systems
• Practical experience with AI-enabled development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tech-focused, engineering-driven companies
• Experience with distributed systems or cloud-native architectures
• Prior work on AI-first or data-intensive products
