Role Overview

Full Stack Software Engineer (Remote, US) Review and evaluate production-grade full-stack code—especially AI-generated outputs—across multiple programming languages. Contribute to engineering standards and technical training materials while assessing code quality and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Code Quality Assessment: Review AI-generated full stack code for production readiness.
• Evaluate maintainability, scalability, and alignment with real-world engineering standards.
• Cross-language evaluation: Rank solutions across multiple programming languages.
• Technical Training Content:
  • Create and answer questions on software engineering best practices.
  • Document debugging strategies and version control workflows.
  • Provide expert feedback on collaborative coding practices.
• AI Model Improvement:
  • Assess code quality across full-stack development scenarios.
  • Evaluate Git workflows, including branching, merging, and collaboration patterns.
  • Generate training data to improve advanced coding AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years professional full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in 2+ languages among: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, C++.
• Experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong Git knowledge (branching, merging, collaboration).
• Excellent technical communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Backend engineering and server-side scaling experience.
• TDD experience with PyTest, JUnit, or Mocha.
• Technical specification and API contract authoring.
• Code review, complex debugging, and large codebase analysis.
• Startup founding / early employee experience.
