Full Stack Software Engineer (Remote)

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Software Engineer (Remote, US), you’ll review and evaluate production-grade full stack code (including AI-generated outputs) and help establish engineering standards. You’ll also support technical training by creating explanations and feedback on best practices and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Code Quality Assessment:
  • Review AI-generated full stack code for production readiness
  • Evaluate maintainability, scalability, and real-world engineering standards
  • Rank solutions across multiple programming languages
• Technical Training Content:
  • Create and answer questions on software engineering best practices
  • Document debugging strategies and version control workflows
  • Provide expert feedback on collaborative coding practices
• AI Model Improvement / Engineering Evaluation:
  • Analyze code quality across full stack development scenarios
  • Evaluate Git workflows (branching, merging, collaboration)
  • Generate training data for advanced coding AI capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Proficiency in 2+ languages selected from:
  • JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, C++
• Production software building/shipping experience
• Strong Git knowledge (branching, merging, collaboration)
• Excellent technical communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Backend engineering and server-side scaling experience
• TDD experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, JUnit, Mocha)
• Writing technical specifications and API contracts
• Code review and complex debugging / large codebase analysis
• Startup founding or early employee experience
