About the role
Role Overview
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on H1’s Product Engineering team, you’ll help develop H1 Trial Landscape and build consumer-facing applications that support healthcare data search, visualization, and rapid decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the product’s technical strategy (H1 Trial Landscape)
- Build a world-class user experience
- Develop and maintain APIs powering the applications
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Apache Kafka
- Build client-facing applications using React (including TanStack Start, Next.js, and more)
- Support your team in delivering a reliable, high-quality healthcare data application
- Manage and deploy infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes
- Work across teams and manage cross-functional dependencies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building products in top-tier engineering teams
- Experience with core technologies: TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, GraphQL, Elasticsearch, AWS
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL
- Software management tools: Git, Jira, CircleCI
- DevOps/deployment experience: AWS and Kubernetes
Bonus Skills
- Experience in healthcare or clinical trials
- Familiarity with agentic tools and applying them in real engineering scenarios
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$115,000/year (based on experience) plus stock options
