Role Overview

Full-stack Software Engineer (Fully Remote)

Own product execution end-to-end while applying AI to practical, customer-driven use cases.

What You Will Do

• Own the full stack from data processing and ingestion through core logic and UI
• Lead product direction and roadmap based on customer feedback and needs
• Apply Applied AI effectively to real-world use cases
• Use data to evaluate what works, iterate quickly, and double down on wins
• Move fast and ship with strong velocity

What You Bring

• Proven experience owning products end-to-end and shipping with good velocity
• Stack flexibility: you’re comfortable picking up the company’s stack; Typescript and React are key, with openness to other stacks (Rails, Elixir, Go, etc.)
• Hands-on experience working with AI
• Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and still move forward
• Experience working remotely
• Strong product intuition
• Any experience level accepted (including new grads)

Compensation & Benefits

• $160k–$200k/year + up to 1% equity
