Full-stack Software Engineer (fully remote)

  • Own end-to-end product delivery across data processing/ingestion, core logic, and UI
  • Use Applied AI to solve real customer needs and shape product direction

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full stack: from data ingestion and processing to core logic and UI
  • Lead product direction and roadmap using customer feedback
  • Apply AI to real-world use cases
  • Use data to learn what works, iterate quickly, and scale successes
  • Ship with high velocity and good delivery cadence

Requirements

  • Track record of owning products end to end and shipping quickly
  • Experience in at least one full-stack ecosystem and openness to pick up matcha.fm’s stack
  • Hands-on AI experience
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
  • Past remote work experience
  • Strong product intuition
  • Any level of experience (New grads ok)

Nice to have

  • Experience with matcha.fm’s stack: TypeScript and React
  • Familiarity with other backend stacks (e.g., Rails, Elixir, Go)
