Role Overview

Full-Stack Software Engineer (Member Accounts Engineering)

Remote role for candidates located in: AZ, CA, CO, FL, MI, MO, NV, SC, TX, or WA
Looking for mid-level and senior engineers with strong back-end expertise to design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable applications for member account experiences.

Responsibilities

Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and maintenance
Design and build scalable, reliable back-end applications and services
Help with application/system architecture and continuous improvement
Deliver maintainable, scalable solutions aligned with business needs
Partner with Product and Operations to deliver sustainable solutions
Improve engineering practices through code reviews, mentoring, and innovation
Collaborate with engineers to share knowledge and solve technical challenges

Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js
Experience with MariaDB, MySQL, or another relational database
Competent with PHP
Proficiency with Git and version control platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket
Experience with containerization and container orchestration
Event-driven architecture experience
Automated testing using frameworks such as Jest or JUnit
Experience delivering software in an iterative, Agile environment
Self-driven problem solving with strong customer-experience mindset
Strong collaboration and willingness to mentor/share knowledge

CI/CD best practices
React
gRPC/Protobuf, NestJS, federated modules
Service-oriented architecture, agentic coding
Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Grafana
Technical leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated salary range: $131,347–$177,704 (Software Engineer III) or $154,830–$209,475 (Senior Software Engineer)
