About the role
Role Overview
Build and maintain the Robot Management Portal, the central hub for robot data, AI model interaction, and user management. You’ll design a seamless experience for controlling and monitoring robotic systems, managing data collection, and integrating AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop frontend and backend components of the robot management portal.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization to protect sensitive data and functionality.
- Build interfaces for robot data collection, management, and real-time monitoring.
- Create frontend modules for AI model deployment, testing, and visualization.
- Leverage cloud/SaaS tools to support portal development, deployment, and scaling.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, hardware engineers, and product managers.
- Maintain code quality via testing, code reviews, and software best practices.
- Stay current with trends in robotics, AI, and cloud computing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience building scalable web applications.
- Frontend: proficiency with React, Vue.js, or Svelte.
- Backend: strong skills in Node.js, Python, or Rust.
- Databases: experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Auth/user management: Auth0, Firebase Auth, or Stack Auth.
- CI/CD experience for automated testing and deployment.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Nice to Have / Bonus
- Robotics or IoT experience.
- Machine learning knowledge.
- Experience building applications with VLMs/LLMs.
- Data visualization and AI model interaction interfaces.
