Role: Full Stack Software Developer

Build and enhance modern web applications as part of a collaborative engineering environment. Contribute across the full development lifecycle—from scalable architecture design to reliable front-end and back-end implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
• Build responsive front-end experiences (e.g., React)
• Develop back-end services and APIs (e.g., Python and Node.js)
• Design and integrate APIs to enable scalable application functionality
• Work with databases (including Oracle) to develop and optimize data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications for reliability and performance
• Follow development practices that support scalability, maintainability, and clean code

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong full-stack skills and ability to deliver independently while collaborating effectively
• Strong proficiency in React and Python
• Experience developing and integrating APIs
• Experience with Oracle databases and data-driven applications
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies, application architecture, and software best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a distributed/remote team environment

Nice to Haves

• Experience with AWS
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge/experience in the financial services industry

Contract & Location

• Remote across the United States
• Contract position
• Indicative compensation: $70–$80/hour
