About the role
Role Overview
Full-Stack Product Engineer for Turbine One (T1), a frontline perception and decision-advantage platform. You’ll work with technical leadership and partner closely with design and product management to shape product direction and build the right features for Intelligence and Security staff worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Deliver product experiences built on T1 Artificial Intelligence and Networking platforms.
- Collaborate with Design and Product Management on feature design, delivery schedules, and tradeoff decisions.
- Act as a product owner: actively define what gets built and drive implementation (no “ticket-crunching” mindset).
- Build and innovate on the front-end architecture and design system.
Tech/Architecture
- Vue 3 client on a Golang server
- MongoDB storage layer
Requirements
- 8+ years in product engineering or front-end/client development.
- Experience with reactive frameworks (e.g., Vue, React, Unity).
- Experience with Golang and MongoDB.
- Experience with API design and best practices for REST and GraphQL.
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in technical design reviews / review boards.
- Experience collaborating with CTO or other engineering leadership.
Nice to Have
- Experience in defense, military intelligence, security, or another regulated environment.
- Startup culture fit: autonomy, strong communication, comfort with constant change, and building with urgency.
Eligibility / Constraints
- Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. government clearance.
