Role Overview

Senior Full-Stack PHP Developer (fully remote)

You will own features end-to-end—turning ambiguous, real-world user problems into production-ready solutions—while using AI as a practical tool to support engineering work.

Responsibilities

Own features end-to-end: from problem definition to production impact
Use AI to understand, generate, review, and refine code efficiently
Make architectural decisions and evaluate system-wide impact
Identify gaps in requirements and define the right behavior
Handle selected support cases requiring a developer’s perspective with direct client collaboration
Turn real user issues into product and UX/UI improvements
Continuously improve functionality and UX based on real usage and feedback
Investigate complex product/technical domains to find root causes and deliver clear solutions

Requirements

Strong experience with PHP and JavaScript
Solid experience with React
Experience with databases and system design
Automated testing (e.g., PHPUnit or similar)
End-to-end testing experience
Git and version control

Nice-to-haves

Redux
WordPress experience

Taking responsibility for outcomes (not just tasks)
Operating effectively with evolving requirements and proactively defining solutions
Balancing system-level thinking with strong product/user experience awareness
