Overview

You’ll work on building useful products and cutting unnecessary bureaucracy. The company is open to new approaches and values strong technical competence over rigid adherence to a single technology stack.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful software solutions ("get your shit done" culture; no unnecessary work)
Apply full-stack JavaScript development across projects
Potentially take on leadership responsibilities as:
- Lead Dev for a specific project, or
- CTO for one of the company ventures
Own task planning and execution in a homeoffice/remote setup

Requirements

A "true Developer" mindset: believe in technology itself rather than specific tools/frameworks
Proven experience with:
- React.js
- Next.js
- Node.js and Express.js

Nice to haves

Comfort choosing tools and working autonomously in a remote environment
Interest in growing into lead or CTO-level responsibilities
