Full Stack Javascript Developer

Role Overview

Full-stack JavaScript developer (Remote, US-based) joining an engineering team to enhance a core Case Management product. You’ll build both backend services (GraphQL APIs) and frontend interfaces for virtual care workflows, with a modern, strictly typed stack.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-end development: own features from database design through to a polished UI.
• Frontend engineering: build responsive, accessible, high-performance interfaces with Vue 3, Quasar, Pinia, and Apollo Client.
• Backend development: architect and maintain scalable GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Apollo Server.
• Cloud & infrastructure: deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform and Firebase, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Quality & testing: write robust unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Collaboration: work with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills across TypeScript, GraphQL, and relational data modeling.
• Experience building and maintaining GraphQL APIs and frontend applications.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across clients and cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves / Tools Mentioned

• Practical experience with Prisma ORM, Google Cloud (App Engine, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Storage), and Firebase (Auth, Firestore).
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest), and Docker.
