What you’ll own end-to-end

• Onboarding automations, including lifecycle triggers and customer task queues
• Analytics pipelines and dashboards designed for non-technical stakeholders to self-serve
• A/B testing infrastructure that the team can run without engineering tickets
• Translating vague business requests into working technical systems and measurable outcomes

How you’ll work

• Start with a brief cold review and ask sharp clarifying questions to align on scope
• Own delivery from start to ship, surfacing blockers and validating assumptions early

Requirements

• 3–6 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong startup background (preferred)
• Ability to ask clarifying questions before starting and avoid building the wrong thing
• Ability to translate business problems into technical systems
• Genuine product sense and focus on metrics impact
• Experience in PLG/growth/activation/onboarding engineering is a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with growth/activation/onboarding engineering and product-led growth (PLG)
• Experience building systems that non-technical teams can operate independently
