Role overview

Client-facing Full Stack Engineer in a high-growth, Series A AI agent startup. You will be a key bridge between the Applied AI team and global clients, turning AI research into production-ready software that drives measurable business value. This role is fully remote and US-based.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications end-to-end
• Build with JavaScript/TypeScript + React + Tailwind (frontend) and Python + FastAPI (backend)
• Develop scalable, maintainable systems following best practices and design patterns
• Implement authentication, authorization, and application security
• Use asynchronous programming to improve performance and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features
• Maintain and improve performance of existing applications

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience building full-stack applications from concept to production
• Strong background in JS/TypeScript
• Frontend experience with React and Tailwind
• Backend experience with Python and FastAPI
• Experience with cloud services: AWS and/or Firebase/Supabase
• Containerization experience with Docker
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with generative AI and MLOps
• Startup or high-growth AI company experience
