Role overview

Client-facing Full Stack Engineer in an enterprise AI agent startup. You’ll act as a bridge between the team’s Applied AI work and global clients, turning AI research into production-ready software that drives real business value.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using JS/TypeScript + React (frontend) and Python + FastAPI (backend)
• Build scalable, efficient code following best practices and strong design patterns
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security controls to protect users and application data
• Use asynchronous programming to improve performance and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features
• Maintain and improve existing application performance
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to solve complex problems

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience building full-stack applications from concept to production
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience
• Frontend: React and Tailwind
• Backend: Python with FastAPI
• Experience with cloud services: AWS and Firebase/Supabase
• Experience with containerization: Docker

Nice to have

• Knowledge of generative AI and MLOps practices
• Startup / high-growth AI company experience
