About the role

Role: Full-Stack Engineer

Join Yupsis to build and own full-stack features end-to-end in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

Build full-stack applications from the ground up
Collaborate with designers and product managers
Implement both client-side and server-side logic
Optimize for performance, scalability, and security
Contribute to architectural and technical decisions

Requirements

2–4 years of full-stack development experience
Strong knowledge of:
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- React/Next.js
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
Familiarity with REST APIs and modular architectures
Experience with Supabase and/or Drizzle ORM (or similar tools)
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Location / Work Mode

Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (Rajshahi or Remote)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 50k–80k BDT
