Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend-Focused) on a remote-first product engineering team building a multi-tenant case management and patient engagement platform.

Responsibilities

• Own major frontend features end-to-end (design through production) in a Vue 3 / Quasar / TypeScript application.
• Build complex, data-rich, stateful UI: dynamic forms, scheduling, dashboards, document/PDF workflows, and Stripe-based payments.
• Design and consume GraphQL APIs using Apollo Client (caching, queries/mutations, optimistic updates).
• Contribute full-stack as needed: extend GraphQL resolvers and Prisma-backed services in a Node.js / TypeScript backend.
• Drive frontend architecture: Pinia state management, reusable composables, performance optimization, code splitting, and strong type safety.
• Champion accessibility, responsive design, and a consistent design system.
• Write and maintain automated tests using Vitest and Vue Test Utils.
• Collaborate with Product and Design in an asynchronous remote environment; mentor engineers and lead via thoughtful code reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional frontend or full-stack engineering.
• Production experience building apps with Vue (also acceptable: React or Angular).
• Strong TypeScript skills for maintainable, type-safe code.
• Experience consuming GraphQL (Apollo Client or similar) and/or REST APIs.
• Solid state management and frontend tooling: Pinia, Vite, and component-based architectures.
• Backend knowledge using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and relational databases like PostgreSQL with Prisma.
• Ability to independently own features from design through production.
• Excellent communication in remote teams; proven leadership/mentoring.

Nice to Have

• Quasar framework experience.
• Stripe (or other payment) integrations.
• Firebase Auth or enterprise SSO (Azure MSAL).
• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility and i18n.
