About the role
Role Overview
You’ll build and ship end-to-end features for an AI assistant product that can reliably complete multi-step tasks with minimal user prompting. The role blends full-stack engineering with AI system design and production reliability.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations
- Design agent workflows covering planning, tool use, failure handling, and recovery across multiple steps
- Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools to behave reliably in real-world conditions
- Create real-time AI interactions with streaming/partial results and tight latency requirements
- Improve system reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms
- Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Iterate continuously based on usage data and observed failure modes
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience (frontend + backend)
- Solid system design and API architecture fundamentals
- Experience building with LLMs, RAG, or other AI-powered applications
- Ability to handle ambiguity and make pragmatic engineering decisions
- Strong ownership: take features from idea through production
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements

- Prior experience with proactive AI assistants/agents (vs. traditional chatbots)
