Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

You’ll build and ship end-to-end features for an AI assistant product that can reliably complete multi-step tasks with minimal user prompting. The role blends full-stack engineering with AI system design and production reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations
• Design agent workflows covering planning, tool use, failure handling, and recovery across multiple steps
• Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools to behave reliably in real-world conditions
• Create real-time AI interactions with streaming/partial results and tight latency requirements
• Improve system reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Iterate continuously based on usage data and observed failure modes

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience (frontend + backend)
• Solid system design and API architecture fundamentals
• Experience building with LLMs, RAG, or other AI-powered applications
• Ability to handle ambiguity and make pragmatic engineering decisions
• Strong ownership: take features from idea through production
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with proactive AI assistants/agents (vs. traditional chatbots)
