About the role

Role overview

Full Stack Engineer (USA) for a remote team building AI-powered, cloud-native systems in the Insurtech domain. You will design, build, and evolve end-to-end product features across modern web and data platforms, with strong ownership of systems and code quality.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and iterate full-stack product features across web and data systems
Develop frontend experiences using TypeScript with Svelte (or similar modern component frameworks)
Build and maintain cloud-native systems on AWS
Work with data platforms including PostgreSQL and Snowflake, including caching via Redis
Design and maintain SQL-based data models and support distributed data workflows
Integrate LLM-driven capabilities into production systems (e.g., RAG/CAG architectures)

Requirements

Commercial, hands-on experience building polished, high-performance web applications
Strong code quality mindset and ownership in a fast-moving team
Experience applying AI in production, particularly in enterprise or data-rich environments
Full-stack development with TypeScript
Frontend development with Svelte (or comparable modern component frameworks)
Cloud and data experience using AWS, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake

Nice to have

Deep interest in large-scale systems and AI initiatives
Experience with modern LLM integration patterns such as RAG/CAG
