About the role

Role overview

You will join tem as a Full Stack Engineer building features for the company’s core products and internal platforms. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams across the product surface and supporting systems.

Responsibilities

Develop full-stack features for client and broker portals to simplify complex energy-related workflows
Improve and evolve billing and payments systems for higher reliability and scalability
Build and maintain intuitive interfaces
Enhance internal tooling to support developers
Improve developer experience via tooling and CI/CD enhancements, including shared services
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Platform, Billings, Payments, Customer Acquisition, and Customer Success
Maintain high engineering and coding standards

Requirements

Experience developing full-stack product features end-to-end
Strong ability to collaborate across teams and deliver across multiple product areas

Nice-to-haves

Background with billing/payments and scalable platform development
Experience improving developer tooling and CI/CD workflows
