Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

SWAKIO™ is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build scalable web applications end-to-end. This is a 100% remote full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with strong performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and write efficient, scalable queries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms while following security and best coding practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js or NestJS.
• Good understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with authentication, security, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently in a remote environment.
