Role Overview

Staff Full Stack Engineer at Chamber, a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building the core application platform for healthcare solutions. You’ll design and develop web applications that power real-time cardiology insights and value-based care workflows, integrating clinical data, analytics, and AI-assisted features.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Chamber’s core web applications for care team and provider operational workflows
Build scalable, reliable full-stack systems using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS
Create intuitive UI that translates complex healthcare workflows and analytics into usable tools
Develop backend services, APIs, and application logic for real-time data interactions and healthcare integrations
Implement AI-powered features and analytics to enhance clinical insights and workflows
Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams on application architecture and engineering standards
Ensure security, compliance, and performance of healthcare applications (industry best practices)
Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and continuous improvement
Help evolve Chamber’s full-stack architecture to support future growth

Requirements

8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant full-stack development depth
Proven track record delivering production-grade web applications
Extensive experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Strong backend experience using Node.js (or similar environments)
Experience designing and implementing APIs and complex business logic
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Authorized to work in the United States and able to align with Eastern Time Zone working hours

Nice to Have

Familiarity with healthcare data platforms and interoperability standards such as FHIR
Experience integrating AI-powered features into applications
