About the role

Role Overview

Full-time remote Senior Full Stack Engineer role at SOL AI. You will lead the development and maintenance of robust front-end and back-end solutions for enterprise clients, owning key technical decisions and helping shape system architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of full-stack features for core platforms
Own technical decisions and drive architecture across front-end and back-end systems
Build and optimize user-facing interfaces with strong UX focus
Write, test, and maintain high-quality code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Contribute to the scalability and security of applications
Mentor junior engineers

Requirements

5+ years of full-stack development experience
Expert-level proficiency in React (or a similar frontend framework)
Strong backend skills with Node.js and/or Python
Experience designing and scaling REST APIs and/or GraphQL services
Deep knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong understanding of security best practices

Nice to Haves

Experience leading engineering teams (beyond mentoring)
Experience in safety-critical, compliance-heavy, or operational intelligence domains

Compensation

$185,000–$250,000 USD per year (based on experience)
Signing bonus available up to $10,000–$25,000 for exceptional candidates
