Full-Stack Engineer (Senior/Staff Level)

Role

Full-Stack Engineer (Senior/Staff Level) at Crescendo Health. You will take ownership of major product areas and the codebase, partnering across frontend and backend to deliver effective end-to-end technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own large product areas and drive end-to-end technical decisions across the system
• Build products from the ground up (greenfield/early-stage mindset)
• Understand intended impact and root causes of issues; identify and deliver the right solutions to completion
• Apply business context to solve the right problems
• Assess feasibility of new initiatives, identify required resources, and support planning for execution
• Help scale team processes and engineering culture while contributing as a technical expert

Requirements

• Comfortable leading and serving as a technical expert across broad product and technical surface area
• Experience building products in early-stage/greenfield environments
• Strong full-stack capabilities (frontend + backend)
• Ownership mindset: initiative, deep system understanding, and delivery to completion
• Ability to focus on patient outcomes and product users (people supported by the products)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in high-security industries (e.g., finance or healthcare)
• Experience working with health data or in the healthcare domain
• Experience with AWS infrastructure
