Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Remote, US) You’ll own products end-to-end (0→1 through production) within a high-calibre engineering team. The role spans the full stack, partnering closely with Product and Design to deliver features used by thousands of businesses and millions of end users.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch new products and features from 0→1
• Own projects from concept through production deployment
• Build scalable, high-quality full-stack applications with modern web technologies
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and customers to solve real business problems
• Make architectural decisions and drive engineering standards/best practices
• Mentor engineers and help shape the technical culture as the company scales
• Improve performance, scalability, and developer experience

Requirements

• Strong experience building production full stack applications
• Expertise with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern cloud infrastructure
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems
• Track record shipping customer-facing products with measurable business impact
• Strong product mindset and ability to balance technical excellence with customer value
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership
