About the role

Role: Full Stack Engineer

You will plan and deliver full-stack functionality end-to-end using an AI-first approach, while also contributing to the architectural vision of Nymbus products. You’ll help raise team capability by mentoring engineers, improving code quality, and organizing work.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with high standards for security, compliance, performance, and reliability
Own technical design for complex features and services; contribute to architectural patterns and long-term platform direction
Translate business requirements and UX designs into well-structured technical solutions with accurate effort estimates
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity, quality, and automation
Identify technical risks early and drive pragmatic mitigation strategies
Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents and implement durable systemic fixes
Collaborate cross-functionally to align architecture, integrations, and delivery timelines
Promote reusable components, shared libraries, and engineering best practices
Provide thoughtful code reviews and mentor engineers to elevate team performance

Iterate with AI on design and specifications
Manage context files, integrate with MCP servers
Review AI-generated code and selected libraries

Work environment / location

Remote-first company with a few roles onsite in designated locations
Remote team members may need to travel a few times per year
You may be required to visit client sites or attend meetings at designated locations

Requirements / skills (from posting)

Strong full-stack engineering ability to deliver features start to finish
Experience contributing to architecture and complex technical design
Proven ability to apply an AI-first workflow (prompting, AI iteration, context management, AI code review)
Experience mentoring and improving code quality

Nice-to-haves / tools mentioned

Experience with Kiro (kiro.dev) and Claude models (Anthropic) in development, design, and testing
